Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Nurse II to join our team at UNC Rex Healthcare. As a Clinical Nurse II, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care to patients with complex medical conditions, including pulmonary and nephrology patients.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and evaluating patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions between departments.
  • Participate in education and training programs to enhance your clinical skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of unit-based quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements
  • Graduation from a school of professional nursing.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of North Carolina.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Provider certification.
  • One (1) year of nursing experience.
