Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse II to join our team at UNC Health. As a Clinical Nurse II, you will provide high-quality patient care in our 4 East Pulmonary and Nephrology Intermediate Care Unit.

Responsibilities
  • Provide competent clinical nursing care to patients with complex medical conditions, including pulmonary and nephrology patients.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Monitor and manage patients with ventilators, peritoneal dialysis, arrhythmias, and cardiac drips.
  • Participate in education and training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment by promoting teamwork and communication.
Requirements
  • Graduation from a school of professional nursing.
  • One year of nursing experience.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Provider certification.
  • Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of North Carolina.
