Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our team at Full House Resorts. As an Accounts Payable Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily Accounts Payable processes, including receiving and processing invoices from vendors and suppliers.
  • Verify accuracy of invoices and settle payments in a timely manner.
  • Scan and send daily cash transactions to the corporate office, including jackpot checks, currency orders, and other related documents.
  • Maintain vendor packet paperwork, including vendor insurance certificates, and work with the compliance officer to ensure proper vendor insurance requirements are met.
  • Perform daily scanning, filing, and organizing of all paperwork.
  • Prepare A/P checks for mailing, including verifying amounts and invoices, collating and scanning documents, and filing.
  • Create and upload miscellaneous journal entries as needed.
  • Prepare Mastercard documents for submission to corporate Accounts Payable.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated knowledge of and experience using Excel and various accounting software.
  • Ability to learn other software programs as necessary.
  • Experience meeting strict deadlines and working under pressure.
  • Experience problem solving, organizing, and prioritizing work.
Qualifications
  • Graduation from High School or equivalent amount of experience and education.
  • One (1) to three (3) or more years of recent and related office experience.
  • Gaming experience is a plus.
Language Skills

Demonstrated effective and diplomatic oral and written communication skills using English.

Reasoning Ability

Position often performs beyond the scope of essential duties.

Certificates, Licenses, Registration
  • Must have a valid and current State of Colorado Gaming License.
  • Must have a valid Colorado Driver's License with a good driving record.
  • Must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age.
Other Skills/Abilities

Possess the ability to perform basic mathematical computations, work a 10-key calculator by touch, demonstrates basic computer skills, data entry, and filing.

Physical Demands

Essential duties involve sitting while completing paperwork or using a computer, kneeling, and squatting. Essential duties require lifting up to 30 pounds to stack, store or move general office supplies, equipment, and storage boxers.

Work Environment

Essential duties involve working in an office environment that frequently contains high noise levels and being near large numbers of people.

Materials and Equipment Directly Used

Use of general office supplies and equipment including computers, calculators, printers, photocopiers, shredders, staples and tape.

Compensation and Benefits

$18.00+ hour based on experience.
