Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Auditor to join our team at Accounting Now. As a Revenue Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Colorado Limited Gaming Act guidelines and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct Audits: Perform auditing tasks related to cage operations, W2G forms, GPI, and Jackpot/Fill slips to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Verify Transactions: Review and verify cage and Jackpot/Fill slips accurately and within designated timelines.
  • Maintain Compliance: Monitor adherence to policies and procedures for documenting cage transactions and reviewing Jackpot/Fill slips to ensure compliance with municipal, state, and federal regulations.
  • Stay Up-to-Date: Maintain familiarity with House Policies, Procedures, and Colorado Division of Gaming Rules and Regulations.
  • Ensure a Safe Work Environment: Ensure a clean and safe work environment, following safety protocols and using appropriate safety equipment.
  • Communicate Effectively: Foster positive working relationships with colleagues and adhere to established security protocols.
  • Liaise with Regulatory Officials: Act as a liaison with regulatory officials and private auditing firms during internal audits.
  • Develop Procedures: Communicate audit activities to department managers and assist in developing new procedures as needed.
Requirements
  • Experience: Experience in performing audit functions or willingness to learn audit policies and procedures.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving, organizational, and prioritization skills.
  • Valid State of Colorado Gaming License: Possession of a valid State of Colorado Gaming License (To be obtained upon hire and will be reimbursed).
  • Minimum Age Requirement: Minimum age requirement of eighteen years.
