Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Customer Service Representative to join our team at 5-Pillar Solutions, Inc. As a key member of our retail marketing and lead generation team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch customer service to local homeowners, responding to their inquiries and addressing their needs in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with our sales team to connect customers with our premier home renovation and home improvement services, highlighting the value and benefits of our offerings.
