Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Associate to join our team. As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the solar energy market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including homeowners, businesses, and industry partners
  • Conduct site assessments and provide personalized solutions to meet the energy needs of our clients
  • Collaborate with our appointment setting teams to schedule qualified appointments and close deals
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to provide expert advice to our clients

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in the solar or renewable energy industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Knowledge of solar energy systems and technologies, with a willingness to learn and stay up-to-date on industry developments
