Business Development Representative

The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our referral base through strategic marketing initiatives and serving as a key resource for our existing referral networks. This role aims to double our brand awareness through targeted campaigns and grow our referral base by establishing new relationships weekly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and engage with various referral sources, including insurance agents, property management companies, and real estate agents.
  • Develop and maintain lasting relationships with key referral sources to acquire new business opportunities.
  • Attend industry events and association meetings to cultivate new referral sources and stay informed about market trends.
  • Manage marketing materials, reorder necessary supplies, and operate email campaigns to promote brand awareness and top-of-mind presence.
  • Collaborate with internal staff to stay informed about referral sources' job requirements and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of outside sales experience with a proven track record of meeting sales targets and qualifying leads.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite and CRM management.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
