Ashton Lane Group, Inc is seeking a seasoned Fintech Senior Product Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Fintech, Investment, or Wealth-tech products, preferably advisor or investor platforms. The role will involve leading one or more advisor portal squads through the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative products. The successful candidate will also manage one or more full stack squads of developers/engineers, product designers, and testers as a product owner. Key responsibilities include driving product development, leading agile scrum ceremonies, and integrating user testing, usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements. The ideal candidate will have experience building consensus and delivering results within an agile framework across engineering, design, and user research teams. They will also have subject matter expertise with Fintech, Investment, or Wealth-tech products and be a thoughtful leader with the ability to motivate and develop junior product managers, business analysts, and cross-functional team members.
