Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain full-stack components using React, Node.js, and Express
  • Architect complex back-end systems from concept to implementation
  • Design, implement, and manage PostgreSQL databases
  • Implement and maintain DevOps practices for seamless integration and deployment
  • Work with cloud platforms (GCP and AWS) to optimise infrastructure for scalability and performance
  • Collaborate closely with the engineering team in an agile environment
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience
  • Degree in Computer Science or Engineering from a top-tier engineering school
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and Python
  • Strong expertise in back-end development with Node.js and Express
  • Solid understanding of front-end technologies, particularly React and Next.js
  • Experience with PostgreSQL for database management
  • Familiarity with GCP and AWS for cloud infrastructure and DevOps
  • Professional proficiency in English
  • Proven track record of building end-to-end products (full-stack)
Nice to Have
  • Experience in FinTech, especially in the credit card industry
  • Proven experience working in a high-growth startup environment
