Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in Randolph, MA.

About the Role

This is a full-time position requiring a minimum of 1+ years of speech therapy experience. The ideal candidate will possess a Certificate of Clinical Competence or be in their Clinical Fellowship Year and hold active State of Massachusetts SLP Licensure.

Responsibilities
  • Provide speech therapy services to students in an elementary school setting with occasional middle school assignments.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient progress.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Communication Disorders or related field.
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology preferred.
  • Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of Massachusetts.
  • Experience working with children in a school setting.

A competitive salary ranging from $75,000 to $100,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits.
