About the Role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled Home Health Physical Therapist to join our team in Randolph, Massachusetts.

The ideal candidate will have a current license as a Physical Therapist in Massachusetts and be passionate about providing exceptional care to adult and geriatric patients in their homes.

Responsibilities
  • Making visits to clients in their homes to assess and develop individualized care plans.
  • Performing diagnostic tests and measurements, such as mobility assessments, transfer status evaluations, and balance testing.
  • Developing and implementing appropriate therapeutic exercises, gait training, and other interventions to promote client health and independence.
  • Educating and instructing clients, family members, or caregivers on rehabilitative care and activities necessary for safe and independent living.

Compensation
