Your Role:
In this pivotal position, you will be instrumental in implementing behavior intervention plans for individuals diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities. Collaborate closely with our team of Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to deliver tailored support, data-driven insights, and empowering connections.

About the Job:
This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday from 8a-4p. As an experienced ABA Therapist, you will leverage your skills and talents to drive positive change in the lives of our clients and their families.

The Perfect Candidate:
We seek candidates with prior experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities. Your strong communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build bridges of understanding and trust with clients and colleagues alike. A team player with a thirst for knowledge and passion for evidence-based practices in applied behavior analysis (ABA), you will excel in this role by embracing continuous improvement and innovation.

Salary:
$22-$26 per hour, based on qualifications and experience.
