Leading Behavior Analyst for Applied Behavior Analysis

The ideal candidate will have minimum 1+ years experience as a Behavior Specialist and hold active BCBA certification.
Compensation PackageThe compensation package includes competitive pay based on experience, a matching 401(k) plan, extensive medical coverage, and weekly paycheck.
Duties and Responsibilities
- In a supervisory capacity, oversee all aspects of programming, including training direct support professionals, person-centered strategies consultants, and DSP trainers.
- Assist in developing, facilitating, and following up on training in Applied Behavior Analysis using discrete trial training and natural environment training models.
- Develop behavior plans and treatment plans for consumers with a focus on teaching and other antecedent strategies for reducing problematic behaviors.
- Oversight of associate behavior analysts' programming and provision of ongoing support and supervision to Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) regarding implementation and documentation associated with Behavior Support Plans.
Required Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification
- Masters Degree in Special Education or Human Services Related Field
