Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Soliant in Randolph, MA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in speech therapy and the ability to work with elementary-aged students.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of 1+ years of experience in speech therapy. As a Speech Language Pathologist with Soliant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality speech therapy services to students in an elementary school setting.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement individualized speech therapy plans for students with communication disorders
  • Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions to students
  • Collaborate with teachers and other school staff to support student learning
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and therapy sessions

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree or Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
  • Active licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of Massachusetts
  • Experience working with elementary-aged students and knowledge of curriculum-based assessment and intervention techniques

Benefits
