Job Overview

At Brantner and Associates, Inc, we are seeking a skilled Assembly Operator to join our team. As an Assembly Operator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and productivity of our manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities:
  • Assemble and align parts and fixtures using hand and power tools.
  • Inspect all work for quality and compliance with design standards.
  • Perform hydrostatic testing to products, in accordance with work instructions.
  • Ensure continuous operations by performing readjustments, fixing jams and misfeeds.
  • Perform in-process and final inspection of terminals to ensure that QIP specifications are met.
  • Prepare finished parts for material handling.
  • Be flexible and respond to multiple assignments.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1 year of manufacturing experience required.
  • 1 year of experience with manufacturing machine setup.
  • SAP manufacturing and ISO 9001 experience preferred but not required.
  • Fiber optics experience preferred but not required.
  • Working knowledge of hand tools and print reading.
  • A safe quality-conscious attitude working in a team environment.
  • Ability to work overtime as needed.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to push/pull/carry a minimum of 50 lbs.
  • Frequent walking and standing required.
  • Frequent use of hands and arms to extend between knees and shoulders.

At Brantner and Associates, Inc, we offer a competitive base salary commensurate with experience, ranging from $35,360 to $37,440. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k), disability, life insurance, employee stock purchase plan, paid time off, and voluntary benefits.

This position requires access to information subject to stringent controls under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). Applicants must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. lawful permanent resident, person granted asylee status in the U.S., or person admitted into the U.S. as a refugee.
