Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Advanced Analytics Specialist to join our team. As an expert in statistical modeling and data analysis, you will work closely with our supply chain engineers and product managers to develop predictive models and algorithms that drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement advanced statistical models to predict supply chain operational needs and automate decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate with IT to structure supply chain data for analysis and insight development.
  • Work closely with product managers and supply chain engineers to scale and deploy supply chain products.
  • Design and implement tests for quantifying supply chain pilot results using A/B testing and statistical methods.
  • Collaborate with and mentor Supply Chain Data Science COOPs and train other user groups and analysts on best-in-class tools and models.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of applicable experience with emphasis on supply chain analytics, agile software development, optimization, or predictive modeling.
  • 5+ years of advanced statistical analysis with emphasis on machine learning.
  • Extensive hands-on experience using statistical programming software and languages such as SAS, SQL, R, Scala, and Python.
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure stack, Hadoop, Hive clusters, Apache Spark, and Databricks.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Front-end software development skills.
  • Significant experience in algorithm development, focus on supply chain related topics.
  • Simulation development experience, focus on supply chain areas – digital twin development experience preferred.
