Job Title: Client Services ProfessionalJob Summary:

This role involves managing and reviewing assigned Unclaimed Property State Accounts, ensuring compliance with federal securities regulations and applicable laws. The ideal candidate will provide training and support to team members, handle customer communications, and maintain accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and manage Unclaimed Property portfolios, including state custody contracts.
  • Facilitate day-to-day operations, including transaction orders, and resolve settlement or reconciliation issues.
  • Handle customer inquiries, communications, and instructions.
  • Research and resolve account-related issues, including claimant processes and security account histories.
  • Maintain accurate financial records, including invoicing and tracking receivables.
  • Identify process improvements and create reports as requested by customers or management.
  • Assist with training and development of new associates.
Requirements:
  • Experience in securities custody and mutual fund transaction management.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well individually and within a team, with a willingness to help others.
  • Proficiency in MSWord and Excel.
  • Motivated self-starter with excellent prioritization and organizational skills.
Work Environment:

This role can be a hybrid of in-office and remote work from home once training is completed. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate, and the employee works in an office setting using a computer and other office productivity machinery.

Physical Demands:
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position for most of the day.
  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery.
  • This position needs to occasionally move about inside the office.
