About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Fund Accounting Specialist to join our team at State Street Corporation. As a key member of our ETF Service team, you will be responsible for providing expert support to clients in the ETF industry, including onboarding new ETFs, managing product and regulatory change, and designing efficient operating models for ETF servicing.

Key Responsibilities

As a Fund Accounting Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for a defined list of ETF clients, assisting them with onboarding new ETFs, managing product and regulatory change, and designing efficient operating models for ETF servicing. You will work closely with ETF Operations, settlements, IT, and product teams to ensure seamless execution of these tasks.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a comprehensive understanding of ETF servicing, including ETF basket creation, basket settlement, and order taking. You will also need to have excellent communication and technical skills, with the ability to document and present information to senior leaders. Additionally, you will need to be able to work effectively in a team environment and have a strong global industry understanding.
