Job Title: Corporate Actions Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Actions Specialist to join our team at State Street Corporation. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing corporate actions processes, ensuring timely and accurate execution of instructions, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage corporate actions processes, including processing of dividends, stock splits, and other corporate events
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of instructions
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Develop and maintain process improvements, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in our operations
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in middle office and/or front office support
  • Strong understanding of corporate actions mechanics and securities language
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
