We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team at Phoenix Home Care and Hospice in Topeka, KS. As a key member of our support services team, you will provide administrative support to our managers and employees, ensuring seamless daily operations.
Job RequirementsThe ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. You will maintain accurate filing systems, order office supplies, and provide general support to our staff.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service by answering and directing phone calls
- Organize and schedule appointments efficiently
- Compose and distribute email correspondence, memos, letters, faxes, and forms
- Assist in preparing regularly scheduled reports
- Maintain organized filing systems and contact lists
- Order office supplies as needed
- Provide general support to our team members
