Role Overview:
As a Functional Consultant specializing in ePAM, you will play a crucial role in delivering and maintaining our Exchange Portfolio Accounting and Management (ePAM) solution for clients.
Your responsibilities will include comprehending client needs, configuring the ePAM platform, executing system tests, and offering continuous support and training.
You will work in close collaboration with clients, internal teams, and technical experts to ensure effective project execution and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze and gather client requirements related to portfolio accounting and management.
- Customize and configure the ePAM solution according to client specifications.
- Perform system testing to ensure all functionalities meet established quality benchmarks.
- Provide training and ongoing support to clients regarding ePAM features and best practices.
- Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot issues and improve system performance.
- Assist in project planning, estimation, and documentation as required.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in portfolio accounting and management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Over 10 years of experience as a functional consultant or business analyst in portfolio accounting or asset management.
- Comprehensive understanding of portfolio accounting processes and practices.
- Experience with ePAM or similar portfolio accounting systems is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both in a team setting and independently.
- Certification in portfolio accounting systems or related fields is advantageous.
