Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Senior Care Specialist to join our team at Brookdale Senior Living. As a Senior Care Specialist, you will provide exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

About the Role

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $16.28 - $23.72 per hour. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct care to residents, recognizing individual needs and encouraging independence.
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal care needs.
  • Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.

  • Completion of training/certification may be required based on state regulation.
