Outpatient Nursing Specialist

About the Role:
- As an Outpatient Nursing Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients undergoing hemodialysis treatment.
- You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.

- The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in nursing is required, with either a CGFNS Visa Screen Certificate, NCLEX pass letter, or Registered Nursing License in the state of intended employment.
- Current appropriate state licensure and CPR BLS Certification are also mandatory.
- At least 9 months of experience as a RN, with at least 3 months of experience in chronic/acute hemodialysis as a RN, are required.
