We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Critical Care Dialysis Nurse Specialist to join our team at Fresenius Medical Care. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the highest level of clinical excellence.

About the Role

This is an entry-level position for Registered Nurses with less than 1 year of Nephrology Nursing experience in the last two years. If you have a passion for delivering high-quality patient care and are eager to develop your skills in critical care dialysis, we encourage you to apply.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in nursing principles and a keen interest in nephrology. You will work closely with our experienced team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients undergoing hemodialysis.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information
Requirements
  • Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
  • CPR BLS Certification
  • Minimum 9 months of experience as a Registered Nurse, with 6 months in acute dialysis (preferable)
