Position: Support Specialist

Compensation: $14.50 per hour

Work Schedule: Flexible hours available, including PRN, part-time, and full-time opportunities. Weekend shifts are part of the schedule.

Our work hours are tailored to client needs, and we do not follow a traditional Monday to Friday schedule.

Requirements: Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver's license for a minimum of 12 months. A reliable vehicle is necessary for transporting clients to appointments and outings.

All new hires must complete a paid orientation program for two weeks, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Total care may be required, including feeding, changing, and safely transferring clients using appropriate equipment.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred for candidates under 21.
  • Experience: Preferred six months in human services, direct care, or care coordination.

  • Attributes: Compassionate, patient, reliable, and responsible.
  • Driver's License: Must have held a full and valid driver's license for at least 12 months.
