Opportunity Overview

Oklahoma City Community College is committed to providing high-quality education and services to our students. We are seeking an experienced Credit Evaluation Coordinator to join our team in the Admissions, Records and Graduation Services department.

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the evaluation of transfer credits, ensuring that they align with college policies and procedures. You will work closely with registration, faculty, records, financial aid, and student success advisors to resolve transfer credit-related issues and support enrollment processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the evaluation of transfer credits
  • Ensure compliance with college policies and procedures, as well as state regulations
  • Support enrollment processes by serving as a liaison to various departments
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve transfer credit-related issues
  • Assist with updating internal transfer databases

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in credit transfer evaluation
  • Strong understanding of college policies and procedures, as well as state regulations
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary Range: $51,120 - $61,440 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. Benefits include health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
