About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, providing comprehensive health services and education to individuals in need. As a Comprehensive Health Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and coordinating health programs that promote healthy lifestyles, disease prevention, and early intervention.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement health education programs for children and adults, focusing on topics such as nutrition, physical activity, and mental health.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals, social workers, and other stakeholders to ensure comprehensive care and support for program participants.
  • Conduct outreach and engagement activities to raise awareness about health programs and services available through our agency.
  • Provide training and technical assistance to staff and community partners on health-related topics.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, tracking program participation, outcomes, and evaluation results.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing, public health, or a related field, plus at least 3 years of experience in health program coordination or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of health education principles, practices, and theories.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build partnerships with community stakeholders.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Salary Information:

The estimated salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
