Territory Sales Manager for Roofing and Waterproofing

ICP Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team in Austin and San Antonio, TX. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with contractors and distributors in the roofing and waterproofing industry.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in the assigned territory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, distributors, and other key stakeholders
- Provide product knowledge and training to customers and partners
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and company objectives
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
- Associate's degree with a minimum of 3 years' experience in sales or a related field
- Proven track record of success in sales and account management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
