Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our team at Chamberlin Roofing & Waterproofing. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects, ensuring client satisfaction, and managing project schedules, budgets, and resources.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
  • Partner with drafting contacts to ensure accurate drawings and revisions
  • Oversee project coordinators and superintendents on assigned projects
  • Manage field technologies and control programs, including training and implementation
  • Responsible for managing projects from start to finish, including cost/budget analysis and job production tracking
  • Promote a safe work environment for field personnel
  • Develop and maintain client relationships, including developing and maintaining vendor relationships
  • Help to hire, train, and review project coordinators
  • Assist in the comprehensive training of team members, including soft and hard skills
  • Conduct or assist in the review process for project management team members
Requirements
  • 2+ years' experience at the project manager position
  • English speaking, bilingual preferred
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Must be able to work at least 40 hours per week and more when necessary
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • OSHA 30 certified
  • Ability to read construction documents
  • Comprehension of construction contracts, billings, submittals, RFI's, lien waivers, and insurance
  • Expertise with all aspects of commercial systems and applications
  • Proven ability to self-manage and problem solve
  • Proven ability to effectively interact and work with team members and operations on projects
  • Proven ability to mentor new team members on Chamberlin culture and processes
  • Ability to train and help develop other team members
Education

5+ years of construction experience, including commercial waterproofing experience, and/or a 4-year degree in construction or a relevant field of study
