At Christus Health, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional healthcare services. Our facilities are designed to cater to the diverse medical needs of our patients, ensuring high-quality care across various specialties.

Key Qualifications:

  • Completion of a Registered Nursing program; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Strong customer service, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • A minimum of 2 years of clinical patient care experience in a relevant environment.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role overseeing nursing units.
  • Prior experience in healthcare management is preferred.
  • Current RN license in good standing in the state of employment or a compact state, if applicable.
  • Registered Nurse (RN) designation is required.
  • Wound, Ostomy, and Continence Certification is required.
  • Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association.
