The anticipated annual salary range for this position is:

  • Boston, MA: $225,000 to $275,000

In addition to a standard benefits package, this role may be eligible for additional contingent compensation based on factors such as work performance, geographic location, work experience, education, and qualifications.

Qualified candidates will have experience focusing on areas such as real estate acquisition and disposition, financing transactions, commercial leasing, real estate development, development and management agreements, and government incentive programs and affordable housing.

Qualified candidates will have stellar academic credentials, superb communication and writing skills, and a commitment to excellence.
