PagerDuty is seeking a seasoned marketing professional to lead our solution marketing efforts. As a Director of Solution Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies that showcase the value of our Operations Cloud to customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a High-Performing Team: Manage a team of solution marketing professionals and developer advocates to create compelling narratives across personas, customer segments, and industries.
  • Develop a Content Ecosystem: Create a content strategy that effectively tells the solution story and addresses different stages of the buyer's journey, partnering with our content team to develop assets such as case studies, webinars, and blog posts.
  • Engage with the Developer Community: Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for developer advocacy that align with company goals, engaging with developer advocates to create a developer-focused content strategy that provides thought leadership.
  • Analyze Marketing Performance: Partner with the Demand Generation campaign leaders and our MOps team to monitor and action key metrics, identifying areas for improvement and continuously iterating on your approach.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, preferably with a focus on solutions marketing.
  • 5+ years of experience successfully leading and developing a global marketing team in roles that have progressively increased in scope and breadth of functions and team size.
  • Experience in crafting solution narratives and identifying key story elements that resonate with buyers.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise messaging for B2B audiences.
  • Strong understanding of how different content formats can be used to tell different parts of the solution story.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive demand and revenue.
  • Deep understanding of the B2B buying journey and how to create content that resonates with different buyer personas.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to measure and track the impact of marketing initiatives.
  • Passion for SaaS, technology, and staying ahead of the latest trends.
