We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating sales and cultivating customer relationships.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of success in building and maintaining relationships with customers and partners.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Increasing sales through building relationships with current and potential clients
  • Promoting brand awareness through local networking events
  • Scheduling, coordinating, and administering continuing education classes for insurance agents and adjusters
  • Making sales calls to potential customers and referral sources
  • Maintaining records of all marketing activities
  • Assisting the Owner/General Manager with the marketing budget
  • Performing other duties as needed, including cross-training in related positions

Requirements include a college degree and five or more years of related experience, as well as a valid driver's license and excellent communication skills.
