Activity Planner and Coordinator

We are looking for a skilled Recreation Manager to lead our recreational program for residents at The Salvation Army. This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills, as well as the ability to make independent judgments using discretion for the benefit of the client.
Main Responsibilities:- Plan and supervise the recreational program according to resident needs, interests, and capacities.
- Supervise volunteers and ensure they are equipped to lead recreational activities such as group games, arts and crafts, exercise, music, and dramatics.
- Order necessary supplies and equipment, inspect recreational areas and equipment for safety, and arrange field trips and activities outside the facility.
- An estimated salary of $18.73 per hour based on the job requirements and location.
