Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven B2B Automotive Sales Associate to join our dynamic team at Auto Recruitment Usa. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and identify potential B2B clients in the automotive industry through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and referrals.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments with clients to understand their vehicle requirements, budget constraints, and business objectives.
  • Present our range of automotive products or services to clients, highlighting their features, benefits, and value proposition.
  • Develop customized solutions and proposals tailored to meet the specific needs of each client, ensuring alignment with their business goals.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients, leveraging competitive analysis and market insights to achieve favorable outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and deliver exceptional service.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and contracts using CRM software.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs), including revenue quotas and client retention metrics.
  • Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, or issues promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, automotive technology, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in B2B sales within the automotive industry, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive products, services, and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Solid negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a focus on creating win-win solutions.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to sales.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
