We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the position of Director of Multimodal Experience. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead a team and oversee the delivery, support, and maintenance of advanced audiovisual systems for events, daily operations, and systems services.

**About the Role**

This is a full-time hybrid position that requires a bachelor's degree and at least five years of experience in audiovisual services, business management, project management, or a related field. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing teams, event production, AVS operations, and large-scale AVS projects. They should also have experience with audio signal flow, video conferencing technologies, and complex audiovisual control systems. Additionally, they should be proficient in a CRM platform, preferably ServiceNow, and possess excellent communication, prioritization, and time management skills.

**Responsibilities**

As a Director of Multimodal Experience, you will be responsible for overseeing the coordination of assets, including human resources, equipment, expendables, and additional requirements. You will ensure the successful implementation of AVS services that achieve the highest level of customer service. You will also manage conflicting concurrent schedules, oversee multiple priorities, and advise cross-functional team members. Furthermore, you will serve as a leader and mentor to audiovisual specialists of varying levels.

**Requirements**

To be considered for this role, you must have a bachelor's degree and at least five years of experience in audiovisual services, business management, project management, or a related field. You should also have at least three years of experience leading teams, event production, AVS operations, and/or large-scale AVS projects. Experience with audio signal flow, video conferencing technologies, and complex audiovisual control systems is highly desirable. Additionally, you should be proficient in a CRM platform, preferably ServiceNow, and possess excellent communication, prioritization, and time management skills. A valid driver's license and ability to pass a motor vehicle record (MVR) check are also required. PREFERRED : experience in higher education and AVIXA CTS and/or audiovisual industry certifications.

**Salary and Benefits**

The salary range for this position is $110,000 - 125,000. This is a full-time hybrid position that offers a competitive benefits package. Applications must include a cover letter indicating if there is a preference for managing an events, operations, or systems services team.
