Job Overview

Scott Properties of the Midlands & Charleston is a rapidly expanding Property Management company serving 5 counties in South Carolina. We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to provide administrative support to our Operations team and vendors.

Responsibilities include assisting with operations, leasing, vendors, and tenant/owner relations. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be self-motivated, and have a strong operational background.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and handle phone inquiries in a professional manner
  • Assist the Operations team with various administrative tasks, including data entry and record-keeping
  • Organize the office and implement innovative processes to improve company efficiency
  • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage and motivate team members
  • Must possess strong attention to detail and knowledge of general business and accounting concepts
  • Eviction Filings and Collections
  • Proficiency in Property Management Software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Assist with the implementation and monitoring of company initiatives and programs

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of office experience in a property management setting
  • High School Diploma, some college preferred
  • Customer service and goal-oriented mindset
  • Computer proficiency and knowledge of Property Management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
