Key Responsibilities
  • Event Management: Supervise all catering events, ensuring proper setup, service, and breakdown.
  • Team Leadership: Train and guide catering staff in service techniques and customer interaction.
  • Client Relations: Maintain excellent communication with clients to ensure their needs are met and gather feedback post-event.
  • Logistics Coordination: Handle all logistical aspects of catering operations, including food quality and sanitation standards.
  • Menu Development: Collaborate with culinary staff to create appealing menus tailored to client preferences.
  • Financial Oversight: Monitor and manage labor and food costs for each event, ensuring budget adherence.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years in food service, with at least 1 year in a management role.
  • Experience in diverse food service environments, including corporate dining and catering.
  • Strong understanding of catering trends and quality standards.
  • Proficient in financial management and computer skills, including MS Office.
  • ServSafe Certification is preferred.
