MSP/MSSP Account Executive Opportunity

HEROIC Cybersecurity is seeking a talented MSP/MSSP Account Executive to expand our sales team. As an experienced sales professional, you will be responsible for driving new business and meeting sales targets.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the technology sector, with a proven track record in Managed Service Enterprise Sales, particularly in the MSP/MSSP space. They must be able to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $50,000-80,000 annually + commissions, with high six-figure compensation achievable for top producers ($200K+).
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Qualifying prospects, gauging interest, and scheduling information sessions with potential clients.
- Working with MSP/MSSP clients to understand their needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
You will also be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention, managing the entire sales cycle from responding to inbound hot leads to closing deals, and utilizing CRM tools to track activities, update client information, and forecast sales performance.
