Business Development Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Sales Cycle Account Executive to join our team at Weave.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position that requires managing the entire sales cycle from lead through close in our core verticals. The successful candidate will be responsible for extracting maximum value from assigned leads and developing additional pipelines through referrals and prospecting into existing customers' accounts.
The ideal candidate will have prior sales experience, outbound cold calling expertise, and a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota. They should be proficient in Salesforce, calling tools, and Gong, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals
- Develop new business opportunities through account expansion and referrals
- Negotiate agreements and maintain organized records of sales and data
- Create new sales prospects by asking for referrals and using Salesforce to track progress
- Prior sales experience with a strong focus on outbound cold calling
- Proven success in prospecting new markets and closing new business
- Consistently meeting or exceeding sales quota
- Strong ability to adopt sales processes and organizational standards
