We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Development Representative to join our team at Illumio. As a key contributor to our sales pipeline and revenue growth, you will be responsible for lead qualification and outbound prospecting activities in your assigned region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Qualify and engage with key decision-makers at target accounts to drive meaningful pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute prospecting campaigns to identify and map target accounts, uncover existing segmentation needs, and generate qualified introductory meetings.
  • Manage inbound leads qualification and channel engagement to support growth in your designated territory coverage.
  • Provide proactive sales development coverage via phone, email, and social selling tactics.
  • Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and channel ecosystem to drive results and achieve sales goals.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of sales development experience, preferably in software technology.
  • A sales hunter mentality with demonstrated ability to engage in meaningful conversations and handle objections with all levels of management and technical professionals.
  • Expertise in developing value-based prospecting, account mapping, lead development, and sales qualification.
  • Proficiency with marketing & sales technologies, such as SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, etc.
  • A self-starter with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-departmentally with Sales, Marketing, and other business units.
