About the Role

The American Dental Association is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Corporate Travel Coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for coordinating travel logistics for our Officers, Board of Trustees members, volunteers, and staff.

Job Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in corporate travel management or administrative experience managing vendor relationships. They will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating travel arrangements for approximately $2 million in annual air travel and over 5,000 hotel room nights;
  • Managing hotel programs for Chicago, Boston, and DC;
  • Working with the Events and Experiences Team to arrange for room blocks for ADA business meetings;
  • Managing smaller meetings without room blocks and Commission on Dental Accreditation (CODA) site visits;
  • Developing and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs;
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience;
  • Strong communication and customer service skills;
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines;
  • Strong organizational, project management, and process development skills;
  • Familiarity with travel booking tools, expense reporting systems, and travel management software;
  • M365 (MS Office) and Concur experience a plus;
  • Travel to annual meeting and House of Delegates meeting required;

Estimated Salary Range

$65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
