About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at American Senior Communities. As an OT, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and promoting independence among our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Provide hands-on therapy services, including evaluation, assessment, and intervention, to enhance physical, cognitive, and emotional well-being.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Masters or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Current licensure to practice as an Occupational Therapist in the state where the position is located.
  • At least 2 years of experience working in a senior living or healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and staff.
