Service Advisor Position

The Gerald Auto Group is seeking an experienced and motivated Service Advisor to join our team. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers and driving revenue growth.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Meet with customers to discuss their vehicle needs and provide personalized recommendations.
  • Collaborate with technicians to ensure prompt and efficient repair services.
  • Monitor and analyze customer satisfaction metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a Service Advisor or related role.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
