About the Position

Gerald Auto Group is seeking a seasoned Dealership Sales Director to lead our sales team and drive business growth.

This is an excellent opportunity for a sales leader who is passionate about building strong relationships, achieving sales targets, and mentoring a high-performing team.

As a Dealership Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that meet or exceed our sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve monthly and yearly sales goals.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, dealerships, and industry partners.
  • Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.
  • Collaborate with marketing to create effective sales promotions and campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and reports.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.

Compensation:

The estimated annual salary for this role is $80,000 - $120,000, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
