Job Description:

We are seeking an Automotive Sales Team Lead to join our dynamic team. As a key player, you will oversee daily BDC operations, manage staff, and drive sales growth. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Recruiting, training, and developing high-performing BDC teams">
  • Analyzing data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth">

Requirements:

Compensation:

We offer a competitive salary range: $65,000 - $95,000 per year, based on experience, plus benefits package, paid time off, holidays, and bonuses for meeting performance targets.
