Dental Assistant

Overview:
Fremont Hub Dentistry is seeking a highly skilled Registered Dental Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will play a vital role in supporting our clinicians in providing high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clinicians in preparing patients for oral examinations and supporting various dental procedures.
- Ensure a clean, sterile, and welcoming environment by addressing patients' individual needs.
- Sterilize and disinfect instruments, clean operatories, and manage dental supplies to support efficient patient care.
- Conduct radiographs and intra-oral pictures as directed by clinicians, and prepare tray setups for procedures.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with front and back office teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Support patient care by presenting treatment records and health histories, and providing post-treatment instructions.
- Participate in daily huddles, monthly team meetings, and uphold the company's culture and values.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED, with state-mandated certification or licensure.
- Certifications/licenses/registrations as mandated by applicable state.
- Associate degree or one-year certificate from an accredited college or technical school; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
Skills and Attributes:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills, with a focus on patient confidentiality and data accuracy.
- Self-motivated and reliable, capable of working independently and as part of a team.
- Customer service-oriented with a commitment to creating positive patient experiences.
