We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Dental Assistant to join our team at Dental Associates Group. As a key member of our dental care team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of patient satisfaction and care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist dentists during various dental procedures, including fillings, crowns, and bridges.
  • Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) to aid in diagnosis and treatment planning.
  • Provide patients with personalized oral care instructions and guidance following surgery or other dental treatments.
  • Record and maintain accurate patient medical histories and records.
  • Ensure a well-organized and efficient work environment.

Requirements:

  • Valid x-ray certification and a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • CPR certification is preferred, and a minimum of 1 year of experience as a dental assistant is required.
  • Experience taking impressions and pouring models, as well as assisting during a variety of procedures, is essential.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask are crucial for success in this role.
  • Experience with dental software, such as Open Dental, is preferred.
