Colorist Assistant

As an Assistant Colorist at Madison Reed Hair Color Bar, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional guest experiences and supporting our team of Licensed Colorists. This is an exciting opportunity to learn and grow with our company, developing your skills and expertise in hair color and beauty.

• Assist Licensed Colorists in providing seamless guest experiences, ensuring that every guest leaves feeling satisfied and confident in their hair color.
• Support the team in maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company standards and protocols.
• Contribute to achieving monthly sales goals and key performance indicators, including retail sales, services, and memberships.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with guests, understanding their needs and preferences to provide personalized recommendations and services.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in hair color and beauty.

• Active cosmetology license in the state where you are applying.
• Entry-level experience in customer service or retail sales, with a preference for salon or beauty industry experience.
• Effective communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable operating point-of-sale systems and adapting to new technology.
