Job Overview

As an Assistant Colorist at Madison Reed Hair Color Bar, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional guest experiences and supporting our team of Licensed Colorists. Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Licensed Colorists in providing seamless guest experiences, ensuring that every guest leaves feeling satisfied and confident in their hair color.
  • Support the team in maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company standards and protocols.
  • Contribute to achieving monthly sales goals and key performance indicators, including retail sales, services, and memberships.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with guests, understanding their needs and preferences to provide personalized recommendations and services.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in hair color and beauty.
Requirements
  • Active cosmetology license in the state where you are applying.
  • Entry-level experience in customer service or retail sales, with a preference for salon or beauty industry experience.
  • Effective communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable operating point-of-sale systems and adapting to new technology.
