About the Role
The University of Pennsylvania's Perelman School of Medicine is seeking a skilled Administrative Coordinator to join their team. As a member of the Division of Infectious Diseases, you will provide critical support to PIs and administrative leadership, ensuring the smooth operation of the department. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

Your responsibilities will include scheduling appointments, managing calendars, preparing communications, composing and editing documents, creating and maintaining filing systems, and coordinating travel arrangements. You will also be responsible for planning departmental meetings and events, including logistics, catering, and accommodations. A competitive salary range for this position is $68,000 - $85,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
